Zakat al-Fitr (Fitrana) and Fidya are Ramadan charities that help those in need. Fitrana is given before Eid prayer on behalf of you and your family to purify your fast and support poor families. Fidya is paid for each missed fast by those who cannot fast due to valid reasons. Both show compassion and care in Ramadan.
