Resolving Concerns With Care
We are committed to addressing your concerns efficiently and transparently. All written complaints will be acknowledged within 7 days of receipt. A detailed response will follow within 30 days, outlining our investigation and any actions taken. If delays arise due to special circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Chairman. The Chairman will personally review your case and provide a written response within 30 days of receiving your appeal.
